1. Introduction
algonqisfs ("we," "us," or "our") is committed to protecting the personal information of individuals who interact with our programs and website. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how long we retain it, and what rights you have over your personal data.
This policy applies to all personal information collected through our website at algonqisfs.pro, our contact forms, program registration processes, and direct communications.
We operate in compliance with the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), the applicable federal privacy legislation in Canada. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at [email protected].

- Communication records: Correspondence between you and algonqisfs via email or phone, retained for the purpose of providing continuity of service.
We do not collect financial data, social insurance numbers, or sensitive personal information as part of our standard operations. Program content is educational in nature and does not require access to your personal financial records.
3. How We Use Your Information
Personal information is used for the following purposes:
- Responding to programme enquiries and providing information about our offerings
- Processing and managing programme registrations
- Sending programme materials, updates, and follow-up resources to registered participants
- Sending occasional programme announcements to individuals who have expressly consented to receive them
- Improving our website and programme delivery through aggregated usage data
- Complying with applicable legal obligations
Legal basis for processing: We process personal information on the basis of consent (for marketing communications), contractual necessity (to deliver programmes you have registered for), and legitimate interest (to respond to enquiries and improve our services).
We do not sell your personal information to third parties, nor do we share it with financial product providers, advertisers, or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes it was collected:
- Contact and enquiry records: 2 years from the date of last contact, unless you register for a programme.
- Programme participant records: 5 years from programme completion, to allow for follow-up questions and to maintain programme delivery records.
- Marketing consent records: Until consent is withdrawn, plus 2 years thereafter as evidence of consent.
- Website analytics data: Aggregated and anonymized after 14 months.
After the applicable retention period, personal information is securely deleted or anonymized.
5. Cookies
